How do I activate an eSIM? 

On iPhone  

 

1. Scan the QR code of the eSIM with your camera app  

2. A message “Cellular network plan detected” appears. Tap on the message and then on “next”.  

3. Now select the Add Cellular Plan feature (If prompted for a verification code, enter the number provided by your carrier) Done!

On a Samsung smartphone  

 

1. Open the "Connections" tab in your settings and tap on "SIM card management"  

2. Now tap on “Add mobile plan”.  

3. Tap on “Add via QR code”, scan the QR code and then confirm by tapping on “Add” again. Done!
